JOB GOAL: The Athletics Director at Natick High School is a leader committed to equity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This position is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all aspects of the high school’s highly successful interscholastic athletics program, including 35 different sports and 80 different teams. Natick High School’s athletics program also includes a proud tradition of multiple Unified Sports teams. 


The Athletics Director provides leadership in program development, staff hiring and supervision, budgeting, scheduling, and community engagement. This role also ensures that athletics operations comply with district policies, MIAA regulations, and legal requirements while promoting a safe, inclusive, and academically supportive environment for all student-athletes.
